Why this brief was hard

Brellium is building AI-powered clinical compliance infrastructure for the US healthcare system. With $16M in funding from First Round Capital, Left Lane Capital, and Menlo Ventures, and over 250,000 providers on platform, they needed Implementation Managers who could operate at the intersection of healthcare, enterprise sales, and technical product delivery. The brief required candidates who could manage C-suite relationships at hospital systems while simultaneously collaborating with engineering to shape the product roadmap. That profile is genuinely rare. The NYC SaaS talent market is competitive at the best of times, and the healthcare AI context added a further layer of specificity — generic SaaS implementation experience was not enough. Candidates needed real healthcare credibility.

Our Approach

How we tackled it

Ikuto sourced and qualified candidates through our Paraform partnership, applying the same rigorous methodology we bring to every brief. We built a profile of what the right person would look like inside the Brellium environment — not just on paper, but in practice — and screened specifically for candidates who had operated at the clinical-commercial boundary in SaaS environments. Every candidate presented had completed a structured video interview with Dave or Josh before being shared with the Brellium team, so Henry and the team already had a feel for each person before committing to a first round.

What we delivered

Two placements made. Both hires met Brellium's requirements for healthcare-credible B2B SaaS implementation experience and were placed within the target salary band. The roles were filled on a competitive timeline for a fast-growing Series A company managing a product roadmap alongside a growing enterprise customer base.
