Building pre-sales capability in EMEA to support that motion requires a specific kind of SE: someone with deep Oracle Cloud ERP credibility, hands-on experience running complex technical evaluations, and the commercial instinct to know which opportunities are worth the investment. That combination is narrow in any market. In EMEA — where right-to-work requirements compress the candidate pool further and enterprise SaaS pre-sales experience is concentrated in a handful of markets — it takes deliberate, targeted sourcing rather than broad volume outreach.
