Series A - SaaS
This is a client-facing, execution-heavy role sitting at the intersection of
pricing, revenue operations, and product. You’ll own customer deployments end-to-end — from discovery through implementation to measurable outcomes — working closely with senior stakeholders on the customer side and product
teams internally.
This is not a sales role, and not a pure engineering role. It’s for someone who enjoys
owning messy problems, making smart commercial decisions, and turning them into scalable solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Lead customer discovery and translate commercial problems into structured solutions
Design and run pilots, implementations, and onboarding programmes
Work directly with Heads of Pricing, RevOps, Finance, and Product at customer organisations
Own customer outcomes: adoption, expansion, and time-to-value
Turn bespoke customer work into repeatable patterns that shape product and GTM strategy
Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, not just a delivery resource
What we’re looking for
You’ll likely come from one of the following backgrounds:
Management consulting or investment banking
BizOps, RevOps, Strategy, or Commercial Ops at a high-growth startup
Product or technical roles where you’ve worked closely with external customers
Experience
3–8 years in a high-ownership, client-facing role
Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity
Skills & mindset
Strong commercial intuition (pricing, GTM, revenue trade-offs)
Structured thinker who can turn vague problems into clear plans
Confident communicator who can lead customer conversations
Pragmatic and execution-focused — you like shipping, not just analysing
Nice to have
Exposure to pricing, RevOps, finance, or deal desks
Experience working with B2B SaaS products
Familiarity with data tools, automation, or AI-driven workflows
What this is not
Not a sales or account management role
Not a pure engineering or solutions architect role
Not a junior “learn on the job” position
